An annual challenge that is also know as #The100DayProject is where artists and other creatives are choosing to create something consistently for 100 days in a row. They then post it on their own personal Instagram pages with this hashtag. It was started by Lindsay Jean Thomson in 2014, and the website is where you can sign up and join those who are also participating in this challenge!! This year’s challenge starts on April 7, 2020.

Although I am one for creativity and love trying new things, I think I may be a little terrified of the commitment and time that this will take. I have no doubt that I will stay passionate and excited, but I do wonder how far I will get before missing a day… Hahaha. I know I will start to struggle closer to the end, so please call me out and keep me accountable if you notice I did not post that day.

For this year’s 100 Day Project (this is my first time ever), I will be writing 100 short devotionals based off of the Bible. I have decided to focus my devotionals on “You Are…” statements surrounding my identity (and your identity if you are a Believer) in Christ!! This is something that is F O U N D A T I O N A L to the Christian faith, and yet it is something I so easily forget.

The reason I am publishing these devotionals on this website (which has primarily been used for my autoimmune disease research and blogging) is because this honestly is my blog. It’s where I write and process and grow. Spiritual healing is one of my Four Triangles, and if I am honest, if I am not careful, my autoimmune disease BECOMES MY IDENTITY. This is direct resistance against that.

If you disagree with something I write, think that something I say is not true, want to clarify a point I make, are not a Believer in Jesus Christ and want to know more, PLEASE JUST REACH OUT TO ME!! Feel free to leave a comment (if it is destructive in any way or degrading to anyone at all, there is a chance I might delete it…) or contact me via any of the forums listed on my social media menu. I want your feedback and would absolutely love to discuss any and all of this with you.

If you’re following along, I hope you learn more about who God is and who He says we are! I hope you are encouraged and challenged.
